Yes, it DOES feel amazing! I've never tried acupuncture needles but I've done saline injections many times. Love your split. I'm just about done with my sub. There aren't that many nerves inside the balls. I feel the needles pierce on both the outside and inside of the scrotum. Once I'm in, there shouldn't be any pain. But if anyone is thinking about trying it, read up on testicle anatomy and stay sterile with the needles. And if you still want to make babies, this probably isn't your thing.
